These terms apply to anyone who plays Eclipsefall Defense. By playing or creating an account, you agree to them. The game is offered by QUIMERA VENTURES LTDA (Quimera), CNPJ 32.263.586/0001-73, Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil.
The game
- The game is free. It has no purchases, ads or subscription.
- You can play everything without an account. The account is optional: it saves your progress on any device and puts your nickname on the leaderboard.
- The game may change, get new features, have its balance adjusted, go offline for a while or be shut down. We do our best not to lose your progress, but we do not guarantee it will last forever.
Your account
- Use your own email and a password that is only yours, with at least 8 characters. Do not share the password.
- One person, one account on the leaderboard.
- The nickname is visible to everyone. Do not use a nickname that is offensive, discriminatory, impersonates another person or looks official to the game.
- Children under 12 should only create an account with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You can delete the account and the data whenever you want, inside the game (Settings, Account, Delete my account and my data).
Fair play and leaderboard
- The leaderboard is calculated by the server from the waves played. Impossible numbers are discarded.
- Cheating is forbidden: changing the game, the progress or the data sent to the server, using programs that play on their own, exploiting bugs or attacking the server.
- Anyone who cheats or uses an offensive nickname may have positions removed, the nickname changed or the account closed.

Game content
The game's art, texts, music, characters and code belong to their authors. You may play, record and show the game (videos and streams, for example). You may not copy, sell or distribute the game or its parts.

What we store and how to delete it is in the Privacy policy.
Liability
The game is offered as is. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by a failure of the device, the browser or the internet, nor for improper use of your account by anyone who knows your password.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Important changes appear in the game. Continuing to play after that means accepting the new version.
Law and jurisdiction
The laws of Brazil apply. The courts of Belo Horizonte/MG are chosen as the venue, except when the law guarantees you the courts of your place of residence.
